Dunvegan Minibus Booking Declaration, which must be completed by the person driving the minibus:
To comply with the permit which allows the minibus to operate legally, all drivers must be
members of DCT. This is free of charge, and means you are covered under our Section 19
permit. Please sign up for membership here.
All drivers of the minibus must read and comply with the terms and conditions of use, which can be found here.
To drive the minibus, you must meet one of the following 2 conditions and sign the declaration:
Condition 1:
I passed my driving test before 1997 and both of the following are true:
- I have a clean license (no points or convictions)
- I have not made any motoring insurance claims in the last 5 years
- I am between the age of 25 and 70
**All of the statements in Question 1 are true:

Condition 2:
I passed my driving test after 1997, and all of the following are true:
- I have held a full driving license for over 2 years.
- I am between the age of 25 and 70
- I am receiving no payment or consideration for driving this vehicle apart from out-of pocket expenses.
- The vehicle has no trailer attached
- The vehicle weighs no more than 4250 kg including the specialist wheelchair
- I have a clean license (no points or convictions)
- I have not made any motoring insurance claims in the last 5 years.
